Wine and Wills

Margaret McCullough Connolly, Sugar Land Attorney and Counselor at Law

Tony DeSantis, owner of Tutto Bene Winery in Stafford, spends his days bringing the passion and products of small, family-owned Italian wineries to the people of Fort Bend County. “We import wines from Italy generally not exported, and bring them to you at great value. Being of Italian heritage, I take great pride in sifting through the avalanche of mediocre wines and delivering the highest quality.”

With his business growing at an unprecedented rate, Tony found time to take care of the not-so-pleasant things in life. “My wife and I needed to do some estate planning and update our living wills. I met Fort Bend attorney Margie Connolly through my BNI group. She’s a great person dealing with some of the ugly parts of life…divorce, debt, family legal issues and estate planning. She reviewed our living wills and estate plan, making updates where applicable. She’s extremely knowledgeable, plus she’s punctual and follows up. She did a great job with our documents and we are very happy with her performance. It’s easy to recommend her to others!”

Margie says, “Tony is right. I do deal with parts of life most would rather not talk about. Family law is an emotional situation. I’m divorced myself, and I understand that when a family is falling apart, you want as smooth a transition as possible for everyone involved. I’m here to help with all aspects of divorce and custody, and preparing for death…including wills, trusts and estate planning. Estate planning isn’t fun, but it’s necessary for the benefit of you and your loved ones.”
